RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Made-to-order clothing
Each item is made after you order. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a size or color selected incorrectly. Please review product details and contact us about sizing before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or print defect, or differs from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email Admin@de1977enterprise.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed problem, without an additional charge for correcting our error.

Contact us before returning anything
Do not send an item back without instructions from us. Production partners may not accept unsolicited returns. We will explain any required return steps and applicable costs before you send an item.
