GrindSavage clothing is made to order through our production partners. Please allow time for both production and delivery.

Production time
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days after submission to production. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed ship date. Holidays, availability, and larger orders can extend production time.

Delivery estimates
After production, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days; international delivery may take 10–30 business days. Timing varies by product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier. Production time is additional. Any estimate shown for your specific order takes priority over these general guidelines.

Shipping charges and destinations
Available destinations, shipping services, and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout after you enter your address. Charges vary by the items ordered and destination. Orders containing different products may ship separately and incur combined shipping charges.

Tracking and address accuracy
Use the tracking information provided when your order ships. Please check your shipping address carefully before paying. Contact us immediately about address changes; changes may not be possible once production or shipment has begun.

Delays or missing packages
If tracking stops updating or your package is overdue, email Admin@de1977enterprise.com with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner. Contact us promptly so carrier and production-partner claim deadlines can be met. If a shipping delay requires your consent or a refund under applicable law, those rights apply.

International orders
Customs processing can affect delivery. Any import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, as required by the destination country.
